This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage patient files while actively expanding your caseload.
- Act as a vital link in facilitating services among insurance providers, patients, families, and staffing.
- Match staff to cases based on patient and family needs, skill sets, experience, availability, and personality traits.
- Assess patient and employee satisfaction to effectively address complaints and incidents.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources.
