As a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding financial services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses.
  • Perform audits and reviews of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic financial recommendations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve financial issues and provide expert advice.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax-efficient strategies.
  • Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA certification preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in tax planning, auditing, or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of tax codes, regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
