Job SummaryThe Printing Press Lead Operator will be responsible for the set up and operation of a Web Press with emphasis on safety, productivity, quality, and good housekeeping. Consistently demonstrate proficiency and understanding in the use of data collection systems, job ticket, and daily production schedule.
This role requires prior experience in a printing environment and excellent vision, including the ability to perceive color. The ideal candidate will have leadership/supervisory skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and computer skills as required by the position.
Key Responsibilities- Read, understand, and ensure the accurate execution of the entire work order of every job and including the successful resolution of any and all discrepancies.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to work with manufacturing management to achieve company goals including customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of the data collection system and display consistency and accuracy in meeting data collection requirements specified in the quality documentation and by management.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
