Graphic Design:

  • Delivers exceptional graphic design solutions that adhere to the established brand guidelines and receive approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively articulates the rationale behind design concepts while ensuring alignment with the expectations of the Creative Team Director.
  • Exhibits a strong creative flair and stays informed about contemporary trends in visual arts, understanding how these elements influence project timelines and outcomes.
  • Develops visual materials for regular services, including but not limited to screen graphics, motion graphics, and promotional video content.
  • Contributes to the design and execution of special event materials for significant occasions throughout the year.
Brand Management:
  • Safeguards the integrity of the organization’s brand by crafting visually consistent designs that reflect core values such as joy, enthusiasm, and encouragement.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design within a dynamic environment.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various teams.
  • Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Participates in collaborative teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Willingness to learn new software and technologies as needed.
  • Capable of mentoring and guiding interns and volunteers in design projects.
