Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Production and Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves cross-training in sign production and installation, providing opportunities to learn new skills and work in various areas of the shop. Flexibility is key, as you will assist in installations, troubleshoot problems, and support the production team.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate tools and machinery including cranes, lifts, and power tools.
  • Install various types of signs, including ground and interior signs.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair signage as needed.
  • Assist in sign preparation, staging materials, and job site clean-up.
  • Deliver materials to job sites and organize warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction or a hands-on role.
  • Valid Class E drivers license or ability to obtain and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
