Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development and Execution

  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high food standards.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to achieve exceptional performance.

Inventory and Cost Management

  • Oversee food ordering, inventory management, and cost control to optimize kitchen operations.

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Ensure kitchen operations meet all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with management to enhance the dining experience and optimize kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
