About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling of wellness staff across multiple states. You will also train newly hired Wellness Directors or wellness leadership staff, conduct quality enhancement visits to ensure compliance with state and company policies, complete nursing assessments and auxiliary evaluations, and establish quality of care systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in an assisted living or memory care setting. A strong background in nursing and leadership, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.

Salary Information:
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
