Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Account Support to join our team at Minglewood Risk LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Apply checks to accounts within our management system and maintain accurate records.
  • Send notices of cancellation and reinstatement as required.
  • Assist with payroll processing and onboarding new employees.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and computer equipment as needed.
