About the Role

Our client, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking a Safety Specialist to join their team in South Hill, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, with 5+ years of experience in performing safety inspections and audits.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel on the project are adhering to established safety guidelines and OSHA requirements. You will also lead safety trainings and collaborate with others to maintain high safety standards throughout the project duration.

Key qualifications include:

  • High School or GED required
  • 5+ years of construction safety experience required
  • Experience working on new data center projects is required
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others to ensure safety standards are met is required
  • Valid drivers license required
  • OSHA 500 is a plus

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
