About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Specialist to join our team at Riverside Health System. As a key member of our nursery care team, you will provide exceptional care and attention to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Review reservation sheets and membership status for each child during your shift to ensure proper ratios and payments.
  • Supervise and control all activity in the children's care area to maintain a safe environment.
  • Attend special events and activities designed for children.
  • Greet parents and children upon arrival and departure, making the transition as smooth as possible.
  • Interact and play with each child to ensure their happiness and contentment.
  • Verify receipt of payments from parents according to their membership status.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferably). You must also hold a certification in Auto External Defibrillator (AED) from a reputable organization such as the American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
