Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a School Psychologist with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide equitable services to a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention strategies to support students' academic and mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement special education regulations and improve student outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and community members to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and interventions.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
Interview Process
  • A 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  • A 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district.
