Manufacturing Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products while adhering to strict cGMP guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare buffer solutions and operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out of-Place (COP) systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems, and monitor and record important process parameters.
- Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams, and mentor other team members.
- Write, revise, and review important documentation, and work with other groups to ensure preventative maintenance is done.
- Typically requires high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience or associates' degree or higher and 1+ years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, basic laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment, and chemical and biological safety procedures.
- Proficient in multiple mathematical disciplines, and able to work with both the metric and USA standards of measurement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to work in a team environment.
