We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for completing all processes in production while strictly following cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Assemble valve assemblies and filter carts to maintain high-quality standards.
- Operate general production equipment, including autoclaves, COP washers, and analytical equipment, to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Complete Electronic Batch Management (EBM) program to document all activities and maintain accurate records.
- Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Perform routine cleaning of production rooms and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform sampling using aseptic techniques to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Train other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Revise and review important documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Help troubleshoot process problems and respond to alarms to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience or AA or higher and 1+ years of related work experience and demonstrated knowledge of scientific principles.
