We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Assemble and test valve assemblies and filter carts to ensure proper function and quality.
- Operate general production equipment, including autoclaves, COP washers, and analytical equipment, to support production activities.
- Document all activities and complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine cleaning of production rooms and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train and assist other team members as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience in a cleanroom or cGMP environment preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
