The Continuous Improvement Manager will oversee daily continuous improvement initiatives for the La Porte operation, partnering with operations staff and overseeing training to develop Lean champions and a continuously improving culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly 5S projects to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and deliver monthly training on critical lean principles to local staff
  • Collaborate with Division Superintendents and Management to ensure optimal working relationships
  • Perform projects, tasks, and duties as directed by STS Senior Management
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on shop and/or manufacturing experience
  • Technical knowledge of turbo machinery repair
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory/Lean experience
