  • Build and Release Management: Own the build, release, and automation pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

  • Version Control and Build Generation: Understand and manage version control systems, ensuring accurate build generation and version history.
  • Milestone Builds and Communication: Oversee milestone builds, communicate project contents to stakeholders, and ensure timely updates.
  • Change Tracking and Integration: Monitor development changes, track version history, and facilitate change integration between development streams.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with QA, Release Management, and Production teams, as well as senior leadership, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in Python, Golang, C#, or C++ programming languages.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Release Management and Scheduling: Experience in releasing product updates and coordinating schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • End-to-End Delivery and Communication: Extensive experience in end-to-end delivery and communication with senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and skilled in stakeholder management across different organizational levels.
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins.
  • Gaming Industry Experience: Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
