Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Professional to join our team. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for educating and enthralling our guests with your extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative beverage recipes and menus
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious beverage pairings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Lead and motivate the beverage team to achieve exceptional results

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
  • Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
  • At least 21 years of age
