As a Senior PEGA Production Support Manager at NASCO, you will be responsible for overseeing the PEGA Platform to ensure peak application performance and maximum uptime.

You will design and implement processes and procedures to equip a team of technical resources with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively monitor all applications within the PEGA platform.

Additionally, you will identify areas where optimization can be achieved and work across teams to implement improvements.

You will also support yearly Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, and lead a team of resources to include conducting talent acquisition activities, coaching, and performance management.

Furthermore, you will determine the appropriate staffing mix of contractors and associates to maintain steady work and stay within budget.

You must have advanced knowledge of mid-tier applications, including service integration processing, and proven experience using monitoring and alerting tools such as Instana, Dynatrace, and Grafana.

You should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.

You must also have advanced ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Additionally, you should have advanced ability to drive positive change, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships.

You should be proficient in Cloud concepts and Cloud hosting requirements.

You must have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

You should have at least 6 years of related experience, 2 years of experience managing a team of technical resources, and 2 years of experience managing mid-tier applications and/or mid-tier production support teams.

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
