About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Owner to join our Transformation Solutions Team at Charles Schwab. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the management and welfare of the myQ case management platform on the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business stakeholder needs and translate feature requirements into a business specification
  • Manage the phases of delivery for enhancements and cross-platform project deployments
  • Partner with the Platform Director and Business Analyst to build and execute roadmaps
  • Solve firm/user problems through new and/or evolved strategic enterprise capabilities
  • Establish strong partnerships across Product, Business Architecture, Technology and Product Owner peers
  • Work in an Agile environment, prioritizing the platform backlog, managing risks, and communicating key milestones and deliverables
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Pega and operational Legacy integrations in a large enterprise
  • 5+ years in product owner role on Agile teams
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services a plus
  • 3+ years of management experience
