Job Summary

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our Imaging and Diagnostic Team, you will be responsible for operating x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of designated body parts, positioning patients for exams, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body parts
  • Position patients for imaging exams and ensure their safety during procedures
  • Prepare equipment for use and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Document exam information and report important findings to physicians
  • Verify exams on PACS and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in radiological technology (preferred)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R) certification
  • Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred)
