About the Role

Lamb Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet production goals and directly sell insurance to new and existing clients
  • Consistently reach out to new prospects to create new opportunities for policy placement
  • Lead consulting efforts with prospects to identify their insurance needs and work with our in-house carrier relations team to deliver the best insurance solutions
  • Work closely with Lamb-assigned Account Managers to service acquired clients and deliver effective on-going insurance solutions
  • Participate in our in-house training programs to maintain expertise regarding products in the insurance market and optimize effective sales and servicing strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 + Commission
