Emergency Case Manager

The Repatriation Case Manager will provide case management and supportive services to US citizens returning to their home country, ensuring safe repatriation. This role requires collaboration with program staff to cultivate a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to service provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and determine appropriate services and supports.
- Provide short-term case management, including screening and referrals for clients returning to their home country.
- Offer crisis support services directly to clients as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate case records in compliance with professional standards and applicable laws.
- Coordinate with in-country service partners to secure access to case-specific repatriation services.
- Establish and maintain liaison relationships with key government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in social work positions with direct client contact.
- Strong communication skills and bilingual capabilities (multiple languages a plus).
- FEMA courses a plus.
