Job Summary

Radiologic Technologist Opportunity at CareNow

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform x-ray and imaging services according to provider orders and update patient charts accordingly.
  • Collect patient history and document Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out, including auditing charts, and maintain records and logs on activities.
  • Keep patients and visitors informed of clinic progress.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
  • Experience using an EHR system is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services is required.
  • ARRT Certification is required.
  • General Medical Radiology Technician (GMRT) license in the state of residency, if required by the state.
  • Tennessee Only: GMRT State License is required.
  • Current BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.
  • Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion.
