As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for supporting our Account Executives in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs and providing timely support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support Account Managers in effectively managing a high volume of work, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
- Make changes to existing policies in our agency management system and on carrier sites, including adding or replacing vehicles, mortgagee changes, and coverage updates.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision and attention to detail.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional advocacy, service, and communication.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in Personal Lines account management or support is required.
- A Property & Casualty License is required, or the ability to obtain one within 3-6 months of employment.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), are essential.
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of interaction and collaboration.
- Self-motivation and a sense of urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude are essential.
