Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations to drive business growth, streamline processes, and uphold our reputation as a leader in the automotive services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of automotive services and processes specific to the automotive titling processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
