Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist crew members with construction work as required, providing support and expertise to ensure project completion.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate compressors, missiles, and other equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to Pramira's safety standards.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install pedestals and vaults, load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Site Clean-up: Perform site clean-up and complete all required Company documentation.
Requirements
  • Age and Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy objects, and perform tasks that require kneeling, crouching, balancing, climbing, or crawling.
  • Tools and Equipment: Frequently use hand tools and pneumatic tools, including tampers, compactors, jackhammers, and chipping hammers.
  • Installation and Assistance: Must be able to assist in the installation of conduit, hand holes, vaults, manholes, and cable.
  • Background Check and Drug Test: Must pass a background check and drug test.
