We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Sales Representative to join our team at OneWater. As a Boat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling boats to customers and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sea trials for potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

**Requirements:**

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the boating industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of boating safety and regulations
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
