Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and maintaining departmental records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the operating unit served.
- Develop and produce reports as assigned.
- May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries.
- High school education; college degree a plus.
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.
- Experience handling sensitive and highly confidential data.
- Experience handling Immigration and Visa processing requirements to support global travel needs.
- Experience independently planning and coordinating webcasts, managing unforeseen disruptions.
- High level of comfort in using Microsoft Office Products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Ability to take active meeting notes and stay on top of follow-up actions.
- Has effectively built relationships with colleagues from multiple countries or markets.
- Demonstrated self-direction in overcoming team conflict or communication problems.
- Experience coordinating small-scale projects; demonstrates understanding of project management.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
