Job Summary:
As a Health Unit Coordinator at EvergreenHealth, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and the cross-functional team. Your primary duties will include facilitating communications, maintaining patient records, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Requirements:
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Must possess oral and written skills to efficiently communicate and process information regarding patients
- 1 year of related experience in a similar setting (desired)
