Job Summary:

This is a CONTRACT position that requires administrative support and account management for Nintendo's Licensed Merchandise program. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related Licensing experience and proficiency in PC & MS Office Suite skills. Experience in Adobe and knowledge of contract and royalty management systems are a plus. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate and build trust with partners and colleagues, and have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA, and the contract position has a base pay range of $25 - $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the business development function of Nintendo's Licensed Merchandise program with administrative support and account management.
  • Coordinates efforts with Nintendo licensees and collaborates with cross-functional groups to facilitate business growth that aligns with Nintendo's strategic objectives.
Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related Licensing experience or similar.
  • Proficiency in PC & MS Office Suite skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in Adobe a plus.
  • Knowledge of contract and royalty management systems preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with partners and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo franchises, characters, and intellectual property/video game industry a plus.

This contract position is eligible for benefits through the employing agency, including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
