Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Ridgeview Institute Smyrna. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prescribe, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with the healthcare team.
- Document patient information and nursing care in the provision of nursing services.
- Verify the accuracy of patient records and intervene based on knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures.
- Provide education to patients and families based on their identified needs and limitations.
- Act as the patient's advocate and ensure patient rights are upheld.
- Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred.
- Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
- CPR/First Aid and CPI Trained and certified.
