Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Assist students with academic and social-emotional needs, providing individualized support to help them succeed.
  • Classroom Support: Support classroom instruction and management, helping teachers to create a productive and engaging learning environment.
  • IEP Implementation: Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or special education team, ensuring that students receive the support they need to meet their goals.

Requirements

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff, and ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
