Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Chief Compliance Officer in preparing Compliance Operating Committee presentations, minutes, and dashboard.
  • Monitor registered representatives onboarding processes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and present data in a meaningful way to identify problems, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop reports and implement technological tools to create efficiency.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or Compliance.
  • Strong technical background required to function in a highly digital environment of an entirely paperless operation.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and/or experience in different areas of a broker-dealer business a plus.
