Job Summary

As the Vice President of Technical Services at Jones Lang LaSalle, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's technical operations. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our technical services department, ensuring that all operations are aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee technical operations in data center environments
  • Lead and manage the technical services department, ensuring that all operations are aligned with JLL's mission and values
  • Responsible for meeting project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize technical operations and enhance service delivery
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, promoting engagement and empowering team members to thrive
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of technical services staff, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition
  • Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet the client needs
  • Work closely with a wide array of client stakeholders to ensure minimal impact to client facilities and alignment with project goals
  • Grow revenue on existing projects, identifying opportunities for scope expansion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical services or facilities management industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and enhance service delivery
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
