Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at The Country Club of North Carolina. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and clean dining room tables before, during, and after meal service
  • Assist food servers with miscellaneous tasks, such as serving water and clearing tables
  • Carry food trays to tables and remove soiled dishes
  • Restock servers' stations with supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collect trash and recyclables from the dining room and other areas
  • Dust and polish silver service items and other equipment
  • Assist with banquet and buffet setup and cleanup
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a fine dining environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Environment

The Country Club of North Carolina is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Busser, you will be required to work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment, and be able to lift and move heavy objects.

  • Ability to follow club guidelines and procedures
  • Knowledge of and ability to communicate menu items and daily specials
  • Ability to perform required role during emergency situations
