POSITION OVERVIEW
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients while effectively communicating with clients and team members. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation of services provided and conducting ongoing training sessions for patients and staff on restorative techniques. All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with established medical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise therapy assistants and students in delivering patient care, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Screen patients based on identified needs.
- Travel between facilities as required by patient needs and supervisory direction.
- Participate in departmental studies and projects as necessary.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Ability to represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner, maintaining accountability.
