About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing functional rehabilitation to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
