Job Title: Full Time Health Services Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full Time Health Services Nurse to join our team at Novant Health.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Full Time Health Services Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
