About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As a PRN (as needed) opportunity, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and timely care to patients in their homes, using acceptable nursing skills and best practices.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to coordinate patient care and manage COVID safety measures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to ensure patients reach their maximum potential.
  • Administer medications, provide medication instruction, and monitor patient progress.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as needed.
  • Document patient care and communicate changes in patient needs to the physician and nursing supervisor.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing.
  • Current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state.
  • One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting, with home health or geriatrics experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
  • CPR certification.
