Job Summary

AMSYS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Talent Management Professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Manager. This role will play a key part in shaping our organization's HR strategy and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in talent management and compliance. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in corporate-level Human Resource Management and be able to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
  • Managing employee relations, performance management, training, and development;
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations;
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and processing payments;
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in corporate-level Human Resource Management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels;
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational transitional initiatives;
  • Familiarity with Federal and multiple state labor laws;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
