Test Technician Opportunity at Figure

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team at Figure, an AI Robotics company based in Sunnyvale, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of complex subsystems in our humanoid robot, ensuring they meet established specifications and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing of actuators and other subsystems to ensure they meet established specifications and performance standards
Remove and replace mechanical components weighing up to 50 lbs
Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies during the testing process
Maintain and ensure the test equipment is in good working condition
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the testing process and overall quality

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Self-motivated and ambitious, with the ability to work independently
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow documentation accurately
Proficiency with general hand tools
Positive attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
