Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Retail Operations is part of Bridgestone Americas, a leading tire and automotive services company. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, as well as mentoring and leading a team of technicians.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including performance-based pay and opportunities for advancement. Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay, which rewards skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues
- Mentor and lead a team of technicians
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
- Reading, writing, and math skills
