Cold Stone Catering provides the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a network of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. Our signature recipe for velvety and creamy ice cream is crafted fresh daily in each location, then personalized by blending a variety of mix-ins on a frozen granite stone.

Key Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and fast-paced setting
  • Leading team members - Recruiting, training, inspiring, and scheduling
  • Managing and executing our catering services
  • Ordering and receiving products and supplies
  • Ensuring sufficient levels of prepared products
  • Verifying daily financial transactions
  • Processing payroll
  • Addressing customer concerns and store emergencies
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Overseeing food costs, labor expenses, supply costs, and cash management
YOU MAY BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU POSSESS
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in the food service industry
  • Experience in hiring, managing, and motivating a team
  • A desire to learn all facets of Quick Service Restaurant Management, including inventory, purchasing, labor, and operations management
  • Proficiency in computer systems, POS, and cash handling (especially knowledge of Word and Excel)
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • The ability to work up to 10 hours a day on your feet, lift up to 50lbs, and effectively communicate with our customers
  • A commitment to embodying our core principles (as outlined above)
