About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Fireman Derek's Bake Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Customers and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Decorating and Serving a variety of sweet treats, including pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and ice cream.
  • Baking a range of products, including cookies, pot pies, and empanadas.
  • Making milkshakes and other specialty drinks.
  • Fulfilling take-out orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Making coffee and other beverages.
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the store, including tables, floors, and equipment.
  • Washing dishes and utensils.
  • Organizing products and taking inventory of stock.
  • Trash removal and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Cleaning customer tables and seating area.
Requirements
  • Must work well with others and be a team player.
  • Wear the proper uniform and maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
  • Be groomed and wear hair up or use a hat as needed.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
