We are seeking a skilled Estimator and Sales Specialist to join our team at House Doctors of Littleton. As an Estimator and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales within the business, working closely with the owner to manage emails and sales inquiries by phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience and be highly personable, detail-oriented, and skilled in sales and closing deals. They will also be organized in managing sales pipelines, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and proficient in G Suite.

Responsibilities include managing sales pipeline, measuring and estimating home improvement projects, monitoring and actioning feedback from clients, business partners, and suppliers, attending community events, home shows, and networking events, ensuring accurate bids through hitting gross margin targets, following up with previous customers and previous estimates to generate business, and effective communication with teammates about project.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $22-$27 per hour, plus performance-based bonus potential.

Skills and qualifications required include 2+ years of experience with sales and home improvement estimation duties, passion for delivering world-class customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and highly organized, proficient with general office technology and software, and proficiency in G Suite.
