Academic Faculty Position

The Department of Neuroscience at the University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a tenured faculty appointment. ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing an independent research program and securing extramural funding

- Teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Participating in departmental and university service activities
Candidates must have a PhD and/or MD degree and be a US citizen or be able to secure permanent resident status. The successful candidate will have a strong research background, a proven track record of securing extramural funding, and a commitment to teaching and service.
