Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to arrange meetings.
- Collaborate with your upline and carriers to prepare quotes.
- Present quotes effectively to clients.
- Guide clients through the application process.
Expectations
- Consistently pursue leads on a weekly basis.
- Communicate openly and honestly with mentors and uplines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines.
- Ensure applications are processed smoothly, working closely with clients and carriers.
- Participate in regular conference calls and meetings with mentors.
- Master and apply our proven sales system for optimal profitability.
Our agency provides a lead generation system that allows agents to invest in fresh prospects weekly, enabling you to focus more on selling rather than prospecting.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and diligent.
- Open to coaching and willing to implement feedback from mentors.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory - we offer training.
- Possessing a Life Insurance License is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a State Approved Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only position under a 1099 arrangement.
