Patient Care Coordinator Per Diem

We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Per Diem to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing wait times and greeting patients
- Completing check-in and check-out tasks, including insurance verification and document preparation
- Collecting co-payments and issuing receipts
- Processing walk-in patients and visitors
- Managing medical records and correspondence
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
