Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement educational pathways within the Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) that correspond with competency frameworks and organizational structures.
  • Curate and structure educational materials and resources within the Adobe LMS to ensure alignment with competency frameworks and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on competency frameworks and organizational needs, translating these into effective educational pathways and resources within the LMS.
  • Leverage Adobe LMS features to enhance user experience and accessibility of educational pathways and resources.
  • Regularly update and maintain educational pathways and resources within the Adobe LMS to reflect changes in competency frameworks and organizational needs.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to users of the Adobe LMS to promote effective engagement with educational pathways and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate learner engagement and performance metrics within the Adobe LMS to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to learning management systems and instructional design, recommending improvements and innovations for the Adobe LMS.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing educational pathways within Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of competency frameworks and their application in learning and development.
  4. Proficiency in curating and organizing educational materials within an LMS environment.
  5. Exceptional technical skills, including expertise in Adobe LMS functionalities.
  6. Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop actionable solutions within the LMS.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in resolving technical issues within the LMS.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing technical support and training to users of the Adobe LMS.
