Job Overview

Trotter Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Lead Residential Electrician to join our team in the Lehigh Valley Area, PA.

Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing residential electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment for new residential construction, renovation, single-family, and multi-family dwellings.
  • Inspecting and testing components of electrical systems, including transformers.
  • Completing work orders and recording material utilized on jobs.
  • Utilizing blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
  • Surveying electrical systems, circuits, and plans.
  • Remaining in compliance with current National Electric Code.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the residential electrical field with new construction, renovation, single-family, and multi-unit dwellings.
  • Experience leading a small team of electricians.
  • A valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work well with a team.
